Orders under $49 ship for a flat $6.99. No codes, no minimums beyond that.
Processing
Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days from our US partners. You get a tracking link by email the moment a label is printed.
Transit
Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days once your order is on the truck. We do not offer expedited shipping right now.
Where we ship
The 48 contiguous US states. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or outside the United States yet. Some heavier items (food and large chews) cannot go to PO boxes, and checkout will tell you if that applies to your order.
Lost or damaged packages
Email hello@truvapets.com with your order number. We file the claim and send a replacement or a full refund. You do not need to chase the carrier.
