What is the Truva Standard?

A written, pass or fail test with five checks: named animal protein first, honest about what it is, nothing we cannot defend, recall record checked, and true value per dollar. Every product on the shelf passed all five. READ THE STANDARD

Do brands pay to be listed?

No. Not now, not ever. No placement fees, no sponsored spots, no affiliate deals that decide what goes on the shelf. A product is here because it passed.

Do you sell products for other animals?

No. Truva is for dogs only. Every product, every page, every check is written for a dog's bowl.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Free on orders of $49 or more. Under $49, a flat $6.99. Orders ship in 1 to 3 business days from our US partners, then take 3 to 7 days in transit. We ship to the lower 48 states.

What if my dog does not like it?

Every order carries a 30 day guarantee, opened or not. Email hello@truvapets.com with your order number and we will make it right.

Is it safe to combine supplements?

Talk to your vet. We read labels and we tell you what is in a product, but we do not make medical claims and we do not know your dog. Your vet does.

Why is a brand I like not here?

One of two reasons. It did not pass the Standard, or we could not verify something we needed to (an ingredient source, a recall explanation, a nutritional statement). We do not publish grades or rankings, so we will not say which. If you want us to read a specific label, email us.
