These terms are between you and Truva Pets LLC, a California limited liability company ("Truva", "we"). By using truvapets.com or placing an order, you agree to them.
What we are
Truva is a retail store. We select and sell products made by other companies, checked against the Truva Standard. We do not manufacture the products we carry, and we are not veterinarians. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to your vet before changing your dog's diet or adding a supplement.
Pricing and orders
Prices can change without notice, but we honor the price shown when you place your order. We may cancel an order we cannot fill; if we do, you are told and refunded in full.
Shipping
Free shipping on orders of $49 or more, $6.99 flat under $49, within the 48 contiguous US states. Orders ship in 1 to 3 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Guarantee and refunds
Every order carries a 30 day guarantee, opened or not. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Full details are in our Returns page.
Your account and conduct
You agree to give accurate information at checkout and not to use the site for resale, scraping, or anything unlawful.

Text, photography, and the Truva Standard on this site belong to Truva Pets LLC or are used with permission. Do not reproduce them without written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Truva is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
